BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN LAKELAND FLORIDA NEEDS MAINTENANCE MECHANICS. PAY RANGE IS $28-$32HR.
ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL SKILL SET WITH SOME PLC TROUBLESHOOTING EXPERIENCE.
SHIFT: 5PM-530AM
Duties include:
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, cappers, shrink wrappers, pasteurizers, and Blending equipment
- Reading and troubleshooting via prints and schematics; Use electrical testing equipment, schematics, and ladder logic, and to troubleshoot and diagnose manufacturing equipment such as fillers, packers, labelers, and palletizers
- Installing and making PLC program operating changes in a manufacturing environment as needed such as timing changes, pressure/temperature operating levels, speed references, PID loops, and operating sequence
